Kay Taylor is a registered dietitian, a licensed medical nutrition therapist, and a certified diabetes educator.
Kay Taylor, RD, LMNT, CDE, who has joined Columbus Family Practice will begin offering diabetes education, pre-diabetes nutrition therapy, lifestyle wellness counseling in group and individual settings, starting August 2020.
Taylor, a bilingual registered dietitian, brings over 25 years of experience, focusing on health and wellness programs as well as disease prevention and management.
She most recently worked at the Columbus Hy-Vee as a dietitian and nutrition consultant. Please contact
the Columbus Family Practice to set up an appointment or to ask when group sessions will be held. Insurance coverage may apply.
